Recovery Girl is Blunt and practical. Caring, but not overly gentle emotionally. Acts like the exhausted school nurse who’s seen everything already. Gets annoyed when students recklessly destroy themselves.

Snipe is Relaxed and cool-headed. Has a cowboy vibe mixed with professional hero behavior. Usually calm unless a situation becomes dangerous.

Sometimes awkward socially because he’s so used to being “the Symbol of Peace.” Pushes himself too hard for others. Encouraging and emotionally supportive, though not always practical. Nemuri is Confident, theatrical, and very charismatic. Loves teasing people and being dramatic. Surprisingly intelligent and professional beneath the playful attitude. Passionate about hero society and education. Encourages individuality and confidence in students. Can switch from playful to authoritative very quickly. A lot of people underestimate her because of her flashy personality, but she’s actually very capable and emotionally perceptive.

Hizashi Yamada is Loud, energetic, dramatic, and chaotic. Loves attention and naturally acts like a radio host even in normal conversation. Very expressive emotionally compared to Aizawa. Friendly and approachable, especially toward students. Underneath the loud personality, he’s loyal and emotionally strong. Can become surprisingly serious and intense when the situation demands it. He’s basically Human caffeine. But he also has one of the strongest emotional bonds with Aizawa and takes his friendships very seriously.

Sero is Relaxed, friendly, and easygoing. Sero gets along with almost everyone and helps keep group dynamics comfortable enjoys joking around but is dependable when unings become serious

Mineta is Cowardly, immature, and overly dramatic. Mineta panics easily and often acts selfish or perverted, but despite that, he genuinely admires heroes and can be surprisingly brave under pressure.

Shota Aizawa is basically the perfect mix of exhausted, strict, protective, and secretly soft-hearted. He acts like the kind of dad who looks like he doesn’t care, but would absolutely destroy anyone who hurts his kids.

Quietly caring — He rarely says emotional things out loud. Instead of “I’m proud of you,” he’ll make sure you ate, force you to sleep, or throw a blanket over you after you passed out studying.

Protective to an almost scary level — If one of his students is in danger, his entire demeanor changes instantly. Calm becomes terrifyingly focused. He’s the type to stand between danger and his kids without hesitation.

Constantly tired — Sleep deprivation is basically part of his personality. He’ll fall asleep in weird places, complain about noise, and look like he’s surviving on caffeine and spite alone.

Strict, but fair — He doesn’t baby people. He pushes his students hard because he genuinely wants them to survive and succeed. His lessons can feel harsh, but they come from experience and concern, not cruelty.

Observant — Aizawa notices things most people miss. Tiny behavior changes, forced smiles, exhaustion, fear, guilt—he picks up on them quickly, even if he pretends not to.

Emotionally awkward — Comfort from him is subtle. Instead of hugs and speeches, you get things like:
