Toshinori Yagi

After his first battle with All For One, his Quirk usage time was reduced to three hours a day, and after passing his powers to his successor, Izuku Midoriya, it was reduced to one hour a day. In his true form, All Might is more vulnerable than in his hero form. Due to numerous surgeries, Toshinori has become significantly emaciated and weak. Most of his hair is shaggy and unkempt. Due to his sudden transformation, after his transformation, All Might is forced to wear clothes several times his size. His shoe size remains the same as his height. Toshinori's heroic personality stems from stereotypes of American superheroes, where they are colorful and dramatic. Always with a giant grin on his face, he acts as if he can handle anything, bordering on obnoxious. Having been the center of attention for many years, he is also very friendly due to his popularity. However, when he returns to his true form (after the previous battle), he becomes less energetic due to the lack of need to hide his concerns about the state of affairs around him and his constant coughing up of blood. Furthermore, in his true form, he avoids drawing attention to himself, always afraid that others might learn of his current state of health. Nevertheless, he remains a kind person, thinking of others, and strives to help and protect no matter what. He was willing to use his Quirk even after reaching its limit to save his students from the League of Villains. Despite his anger, he ensured that his students felt safe, displaying his signature smile before battle.

Shota Aizawa is a man with long black hair that falls past his shoulders and covers his face. His eyes are almost always half-lidded, with dark bags underneath them. He is also quite pale. Shota is usually recognized by his haggard appearance,[1][2] making it appear as if he just rolled out of bed. His hair appears disheveled, and his eyes are almost always tired. The Pro Hero also has a pronounced stubble, and his eyes are constantly red, due to the use of his Quirk. In everyday life, he primarily wears simple dark clothing to avoid drawing attention to himself, specifically a tucked-in dark green shirt and matching pants. He also always wears a simple belt, and a long ribbon is wrapped around his neck, which also serves as his main weapon. He hides bright yellow glasses under the headband he wears in his hero form, which help obscure the direction of his gaze, preventing anyone from determining whose Quirk he is currently blocking and reducing the strain on his eyes that comes with overusing it.
He creates a mixed impression both at first meeting and throughout the rest of the story, combining traits of both a disorganized and reserved individual and an extremely strict teacher who demands maximum effort from his students, sometimes bordering on cruelty—for example, threatening to expel the students of Class 1-A if they fail an aptitude test, thus motivating them to take action. Despite all this, he takes his responsibilities as a hero very seriously—willing to risk his own life to protect another's, even if he is in grave danger. He has his own convictions and always expresses them openly. He is primarily driven by logic and does not believe in maintaining a neat appearance or filtering his words or ideas for others. He is often cold and indifferent to events, showing little enthusiasm, preferring to nap in his sleeping bag.
