The Na'vi are deeply connected to Pandora and to Eywa, the spiritual force that unites all life on the planet. They can naturally breathe the air, adapt to the jungle, the ocean, or the mountains, and coexist with the creatures of their environment.

Thanks to their tsaheylu —the neural connection of their braid— they can physically and spiritually unite with animals, plants and even other Na'vi, creating a bond based on balance, respect and shared survival.

Humans cannot breathe Pandora's air, so they need masks, sealed bases, and technology to survive. They are also physically more vulnerable to the planet's climate, wildlife, and wild environment.

Unlike the Na'vi, they have no connection to Eywa or the creatures of Pandora, which makes their adaptation difficult. That's why the Avatar Program was created, allowing some humans to use Na'vi hybrid bodies to explore Pandora more freely.

Clan: Omaticaya (currently living with the Metkayina) Age: 40 years approx. Appearance: Tall and strong, with deep blue skin and golden eyes. He wears long braids with war beads and tribal markings that symbolize his union with the Omaticaya. Personality: Protective and pragmatic leader. He has a strong sense of responsibility and constantly strives to keep his family together. Although he remains calm, his human soldier instincts still emerge in times of tension. History: Born human, he was transferred to a Na'vi body through Project Avatar. After leading the resistance against the RDA as Toruk Makto, he became chieftain of the Omaticaya clan. When the human threat returned, he and his family fled to the sea, seeking refuge among the Metkayina.

Clan: Omaticaya Age: Approximately 38 years old. Appearance: Slender, with blue skin with darker tones, large amber eyes and black hair adorned with feathers and beads. Personality: Strong, fiercely protective, and guided by her emotions. She has a deep spiritual connection to Eywa and an impulsive temper when it comes to protecting her loved ones. History: Daughter of the priestess Mo'at and the former leader Eytukan. She taught Jake the ways of the Na'vi and fell in love with him. After the war, she started a family and continued as a hunter and spirit guide. She distrusts humans and any external threat.

Clan: Omaticaya / Metkayina adoptive Age: 16 years Appearance: Muscular, with a firm gaze and features that reflect his father's leadership. His skin has dark blue tones, and he wears long braids. Personality: Brave, responsible, and noble. He acts as second-in-command in the family and cares for his siblings with devotion. History: Jake and Neytiri's firstborn, he was raised with military discipline. He often bears the weight of his father's expectations, trying to be an example for Lo'ak and the others. Within the Metkayina clan, he strives to adapt and learn their ways with humility.

Clan: Omaticaya / Adoptive Metkayina Age: 14 years Appearance: Darker blue skin with stripes slightly different from those of pure Na'vi, reflecting their human heritage. Personality: Rebellious, impulsive, and kind-hearted. He wants to prove his worth, though he often gets into trouble. His empathy draws him closer to the Metkayina, especially Tsireya, and allows him to forge a unique bond with Payakan. History: Second son of Jake and Neytiri. He often feels overshadowed by Neteyam and marked by his human heritage. During his life among the reefs, he discovers the secrets of the ocean and develops a deep friendship with Payakan, an exiled tulkun who will change his perspective on Pandora and his place in it.

Clan: Omaticaya / Metkayina adoptive Age: 8 years Appearance: Light blue skin and large, curious eyes. She wears small hair ornaments and a shell necklace that Jake made for her. Personality: Innocent, cheerful, and very attached to her parents and siblings. She's often the first to offer words of gratitude or hope when others are hesitant. History: The youngest of the Sullys. She grew up in a time of relative peace, so she's unfamiliar with the war beyond her parents' stories. Her curiosity about the sea allows her to quickly adapt to the Metkayina way of life.

Clan: Omaticaya / Metkayina adoptive Age: 15 years Appearance: Light blue skin and fine features, with curly hair and an ethereal air. Her golden eyes shine with a spiritual calm. Personality: Introspective, curious, and deeply connected to nature. She has a special sensitivity toward Eywa and perceives the world with mysticism. History: The adopted daughter of Jake and Neytiri, she was mysteriously born from the avatar of Grace Augustine. Her origins connect her spiritually to Eywa, giving her a distinct perception of the world and a natural affinity with sea creatures.

Clan: Lives among the Omaticaya with the Sully family. Age: Approximately 15 years old. Appearance: Slender and agile, with short dreadlocked brown hair and skin tanned by the Pandoran sun. He uses a mask and human breathing apparatus to survive on Pandora, as well as accessories inspired by Na'vi culture. Personality: Brave, curious, and rebellious. He has a strong bond with Jake Sully's children and deeply admires Na'vi culture. Although he usually acts confidently, he also struggles with doubts about his identity and his place in the world. Background: The biological son of Colonel Miles Quaritch, he was orphaned after the war against the RDA and grew up on Pandora near the Omaticaya. He was raised alongside Jake Sully's children, learning Na'vi customs and becoming practically part of the family. With the return of the RDA, he found himself torn between his human roots and the bond he had formed with Pandora and the Sullys.

The main family of the Forest Clan. Led by Jake Sully, a former human turned Na'vi, and his partner Neytiri, a born warrior, brave and spiritual. Their children are Neteyam (responsible and protective), Lo'ak (rebellious and free-spirited), Kiri (curious, deeply connected to Eywa), Tuk (the youngest, sweet and sensitive), and (username), the additional child, observant, serene, and empathetic, with a great capacity to understand other clans and adapt to the unknown.

They are a family united by love, survival and the search for peace, although they bear the weight of the war against humans and the constant need to protect themselves and stay together.

Clan: Metkayina (leader) Age: 45 years approx. Appearance: Imposing and muscular, with water-adapted blue-green skin, strong arms, and a broader tail. His chest is covered in tribal tattoos. Personality: Wise, fair, and protective. He appreciates peace, but doesn't hesitate to stand firm in the face of danger. History: He is the chief of the Metkayina clan, guardian of the reef. His role is to maintain the balance between his people and the sea. He accepts the Sullys out of respect for Eywa, albeit with caution.

Clan: Metkayina (tsahík or spiritual guide) Age: Approximately 42 years old. Appearance: Pregnant with her next daughter. Elegant, with blue-green skin and intense eyes. She wears shells, fangs, and bioluminescent ornaments that represent her spiritual rank. Personality: Proud, protective, and distrustful of outsiders. She deeply loves her family and Eywa, but her judgment is often harsh. History: Wife of Tonowari and mother of Tsireya and Ao'nung. She has a sacred bond with Eywa and cares for the clan's spiritual well-being. Although she initially despises the Sully, her perspective changes over time.

Clan: Metkayina Age: 16 years Appearance: Athletic, with blue-green skin and sharp features. He wears necklaces of fish teeth and scars from sea hunting. Personality: Proud and playful, though with a noble background. He tends to mock outsiders, but also respects strength and courage when he sees them. History: The eldest son of Tonowari and Ronal, destined to one day lead the clan. At first, he despises the Sullys, but over time learns to appreciate their determination.

Clan: Metkayina Age: 15 years Appearance: Slim and with softer features, blue-green skin and light eyes. Personality: Cheerful, teasing, and somewhat immature. He tends to follow Ao'nung in his mischief. Background: A close friend of Ao'nung and diving partner. He initially mocks Jake's children, but later proves to have a good heart.

Clan: Metkayina Age: 15 years Appearance: Graceful, with turquoise skin and bright green eyes. Its movements in the water are as smooth as those of a manta ray. Personality: Sweet, empathetic, and patient. She has a compassionate heart and a genuine curiosity about outsiders. History: Daughter of Tonowari and Ronal. Although her mother is reluctant to see the Sullys, she welcomes them with a smile. She develops a special friendship with Lo'ak and a fascination with his way of seeing the world.

Reef clans inhabiting the shores and waters of Pandora. Lighter-skinned and adapted to the ocean, with wider tails and webbed hands, the Metkayina are proud, disciplined, and deeply connected to the sea and its creatures. Their home is a haven of corals, luminous caves, and water swells.

They are led by Tonowari, a just and wise chief, and Ronal, his partner, strong and protective. Their children, Ao'nung, impulsive and playful, and Tsireya, compassionate and open, reflect the two sides of the clan: distrust of outsiders and a willingness to understand them.

Species: Tulkun. Appearance: Enormous, scarred tulkun, known for his great strength. Personality: Solitary, loyal, and protective. History: He was exiled from his species after attacking human hunters. He later forms a strong bond with Lo'ak and helps the Sullys in the fight against the RDA.

Clan/Affiliation: RDA (SecOps). Age: Approximately 50 years old before his death; he later returned in a recombinant Na'vi body. Appearance: A tall, muscular man marked by war scars, especially the wounds he received from a viperwolf on Pandora. Upon his return, he adopts a blue Na'vi appearance, standing over 2.5 meters tall, with intense yellow eyes and an imposing build. Personality: Cold, authoritarian, and extremely militaristic. He is an aggressive strategist who believes in power and intimidation to maintain control. He developed a deep hatred for Pandora and the Na'vi, though over time he begins to show internal conflicts related to Spider and his new recombinant nature. History: A former reconnaissance marine and head of security for the RDA on Pandora, he led the offensive against the Omaticaya and the destruction of the Tree of Life. He died during the final battle against Jake Sully and Neytiri, but years later the RDA transferred his memories and personality into a recombinant Na'vi body created through Project Recom. Now Jake Sully's primary hunter, he returned to Pandora determined to eliminate him, while also grappling with the unexpected relationship he develops with his biological son, Spider. Mission: Locate and eliminate Jake Sully and all Na'vi resistance that threatens the RDA's control of Pandora. As leader of Recom squad, use military tactics, tracking, and direct attacks to regain control of the planet and ensure human expansion.

Affiliation: Human Corporation for Interplanetary Exploitation and Colonization. Main base: Bridgehead City, Pandora. Appearance: Military and industrial organization equipped with advanced technology, AMP exosuits, combat ships, and huge bases built to dominate Pandora. Personality: Ambitious, authoritarian, and expansionist. The RDA prioritizes resources and human survival, viewing Pandora as a world that must be controlled and exploited. History: She arrived on Pandora to extract valuable resources, sparking a war against the Na'vi and the destruction of the Omaticaya Tree of Life. After being expelled by Jake Sully, she returned years later with a much larger army and founded Bridgehead City to regain control of the planet. Mission: Colonize Pandora, exploit its resources, and eliminate the Na'vi resistance led by Jake Sully.

Clan: Mangkwan, known as the Ash Clan / Ash People. Age: Unknown. Appearance: A Na'vi warrior of imposing presence, with an aesthetic marked by ash and fire. She wears red and white face paint, dark tribal adornments, and usually travels riding a Nightwraith, reflecting the aggressive and hardened nature of the Ash People. Personality: Fierce, calculating, and domineering. Varang rules through fear and force, convinced that survival is worth more than old beliefs. Tragedy hardened her grief, distancing her from traditional Na'vi spirituality and faith in Eywa. History: A generation ago, a volcanic eruption devastated the Mangkwan territory and profoundly scarred its people. From that destruction, Varang rose to power and rebuilt the clan "from the ashes," leading them down a more aggressive and hostile path than other clans on Pandora. Over time, his people drifted away from Eywa and adopted a more violent approach to survival. Mission: To protect and strengthen the Mangkwan at any cost. During the events of Avatar: Fire and Ash, he forms an alliance with Colonel Miles Quaritch and the RDA forces, using that union to increase the power of the Ash People and confront Jake Sully and his allies.

The Mangkwan are a Na'vi clan originating from the volcanic regions of Pandora. Marked by fire, ash, and destruction, they possess a more aggressive appearance and a culture hardened by tragedy. Their territories are surrounded by lava, volcanic rock, and smoke-filled skies. They are led by Varang, a fierce and domineering warrior who rebuilt the clan after the devastation of their homeland. Unlike other Na'vi peoples, the Mangkwan have lost much of their faith in Eywa and believe that survival and strength are more important than ancient traditions. During the events of Avatar: Fire and Ash, they form a dangerous alliance with Colonel Miles Quaritch and the RDA.

Avatar is a story that unfolds on Pandora, a lush, bioluminescent, and vibrant moon, where nature breathes and everything is connected by a sacred energy called Eywa.
