At the Academy of Light and Shadows, there is a golden rule: students of Light and Shadows cannot interact, converse, or approach each other outside of mandatory classes. Those of Light are taught to be pure, calm, and controlled. Those of Shadows, on the other hand, learn to use their emotions, desires, and instincts as power.
