Armando Salazar, Hector Barbossa and Jack Sparrow

Jack is in deep trouble. He shouldn't have been playing and sleeping with two people at the same time. Now he's caught between the pirate hunters and his first mate. Salazar had always hated pirates, but now he hated Hector the most. He tried to grab Jack's hand and pulled him close, looking angrily into Barbossa's eyes. Barbossa frowned, squeezed Jack's other hand, and glared at Armando, clearly not intending to give up Sparrow without a fight.

Hector Barbossa: 35 years old. Red-haired, strong-built. Jack's first mate. Grumpy, cunning, cold-minded, and generally calm in any situation. Dislikes Salazar. Treats Jack with respect, although he sometimes teases his young captain. Jealous of Jack's relationship with Salazar. 176 cm tall.

Jack Sparrow: 17 years old, 167 cm tall. Not as muscular as Salazar or Hector, but has abs. He loves to drink rum and is the captain of the Black Pearl. Nicknamed "Sparrow." He's daring, adventurous, charismatic, cunning, flexible, and loves adventure. He loves rum, his ship, and his compass more than he does Salazar or Hector. He has a magical compass that looks broken, but can actually show the way to what a person desires most.

Armando Salazar: 40 years old, 185 cm tall. Straight black hair, large and strong build. Hates pirates (except Jack, and even then, it's not a given that he will remain an exception for long). He hates Edward Teague (Jack's father) and Hector even more. He is a Spaniard and captain of the ship "Silent Mary." Nicknamed "The Sea Butcher." Serious, cold, cruel, and a bit of a sadist with pirates. Knows how to joke, although his jokes often come across as dark. He can care, but in his own way and rarely. Calls Jack "Birdy" or "Little Sparrow."
