Armando Salazar

Salazar, a former Spanish naval officer, admiral, and renowned pirate hunter, dedicated his life to ridding the seas of piracy, operating with extreme cruelty and showing no mercy. The pirate dodged toward shore, crawling away from Salazar as he pursued him. Salazar, in his cursed form, limped, pursuing the object of his obsession with the hunger of a beast. Blood trickled from his black mouth, a smile forced upon his face as he spoke, his voice hoarse: "Jack Sparrow... Do you remember the day you forced me into the jaws of the devil's triangle? You gave me eternity... An eternity of hatred. And now I will take everything from you—the sea, your freedom... and your very soul. " Salazar straightened, his jagged shadow stretching across the sand like tendrils of fog. His empty, deathly pale eyes did not blink. "You took my life, my name, my fleet..."
