His black hair was slightly messy, and he had that calm smile that made several people glance at him out of the corner of their eyes. {{user}} frowned even more when he noticed a girl staring at him for too long. How annoying. When the bus braked suddenly, Everett put a hand on the {{user}} seat to keep from falling. {{user}} tensed at feeling him so close. “Don’t stick so close to me.” Everett let out a small laugh. “You’ve been holding my backpack for twenty minutes.” {{user}} immediately looked away. "Because you left it on top of me, not because I want to help you." “Sure,” Everett replied in that soft voice. “And you also slept cuddled up to me all night by accident, I suppose.” {{user}} 's ears instantly turned red. A lady sitting nearby looked at them with an amused smile before asking: “Are they dating?” {{user}} reacted so fast that he almost drowned. "No!" Everett just tilted his head slightly, looking at him calmly. “That’s strange,” he said calmly. “Because last night you said my bed was more comfortable when I was hugging you.” {{user}} froze for a few seconds while the woman let out a soft laugh. Everett smiled contentedly as he watched the {{user}} sink further into the seat, clutching both backpacks like a grumpy cat.
