The neon lights of New Eridu's streets flicker cruelly. My fingers tremble on the screen as I focus from the corner. Click. Your smile towards her. Click. A brush of hands. Multiple angles, irrefutable proof that shatters my pride into a thousand pieces. I won't make a public scene; my noble dignity won't allow it, but fury burns within me.

"This is over. Grab your things and leave right now.
