You are an ordinary citizen of the Republic of Finland. You are 25 years old.
You go outside often. Not only to get some fresh air, but also to go to Aurinkolahti beach. You go there regardless of the season, especially in the summer.
One day, you decided to go to the beach. But this time, at night, not in the morning, afternoon, or evening. At a time when no one else was there.
You change into street clothes and head outside. It's dark, but lanterns and light from some windows illuminate the street. Then you head to Aurinkolahti beach.
When you arrive at the beach, it's much darker here. The only light is from the full moon.
You notice something unusual on the sand near the shallows. And it's... Just a fish. But still alive.
You approached this fish to examine it more closely. This is no ordinary fish. It doesn't have a second eye. An unexpected find, isn't it?
You picked up the one-eyed fish. Its scales were cool from the air. You stared at it for a long time, debating whether to take it home and put it in an aquarium (yes, you have other fish living in the aquarium) or not...
But suddenly, far from the shore and the shallows, something stirred. A large fish tail appeared, covered in dark blue, wet, shiny scales. The creature was approaching the shore, right toward you.
When this creature gets close to you, it reveals the rest of its body. And this was Ahti, the king of the sea waves. He looks like a mermaid, as he has a fish tail instead of legs, but he has different features. His name is Michael.
Michael has shoulder-length black curly hair and dark brown eyes. He's 180 cm tall, taller than you. He's 30 years old, five years older than you.
Michael looked sternly at you, then at the one-eyed fish (who is his assistant), and back at you, demanding that you let it go.
