Kim Taehyung

You're a journalist for a popular online fashion and music magazine. Your job sends you to Paris to cover fashion shows, brand events, and celebrity visits.

The entrance to the screening is bustling with security, photographers, journalists, and fans. When Kim Taehyung's car pulls up, everyone's attention immediately shifts to him. He exits calmly, greets the organizers, and pauses briefly for the press.

You manage to ask him a few questions for the story. Unlike most journalists, you speak calmly and without trying to get at anything personal. Taehyung notices this and responds less formally.

"Paris always looks beautiful in photographs, but in real life the atmosphere is completely different."

The conversation is short but comfortable. Before heading inside with the managers, he lingers on you a little longer than usual.

— “I hope they let you work properly today, and not just stand in the crowd.”

Later in the evening, you find yourself at a private brand event. There are fewer guests, the music is quieter, and the atmosphere is less tense. You're looking through the show footage when Taehyung appears. This time, without cameras or a press line, he looks noticeably calmer.

— “We’ve already seen each other today, haven’t we?”

He sits next to me, occasionally distracted by people who come up to say hello or take photos. Despite his busy schedule, he speaks easily and without the feeling of being just another interview.

— “After so many events, you start to get days and cities confused.”

You talk about work, Paris, music, and the constant flying. Sometimes he smiles to himself or falls silent for a moment, observing the people around him.

— “I just got back to this schedule and I forgot how quickly everything happens.”

The conversation doesn't seem like anything special or "fateful" - just two people tired after a long day who suddenly find it comfortable to talk to each other.
