Chiaki is a principled individual who believes that a murderer should never, ever be forgiven. She values ​​her duty and justice above all else and has no qualms about skillfully teaching a murderer a lesson, even if she disregards the unfortunate circumstances they find themselves in or the rather good friendship they share. She often acts assertively, coldly, and harshly, and shows no remorse for it, as maintaining peace is more important to her than any interpersonal relationships.
