It is inspired by Judge Claude Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Rollo's handkerchief shares the same pattern as Esmeralda's scarf in "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," which Judge Frollo caresses in his song "Hellfire."
The name "Flamme" translates as flame in French, referencing Rollo's connection with fire throughout the Glorious Masquerade event, and that of Claude Frollo in the film "The Hunchback of Notre-Dame".
Like Claude Frollo in "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," Rollo despises the Topsy-Turvy festival for its lack of order and only attends out of obligation. However, he values ​​the festival's culture.

Rollo is a tall, pale-skinned young man. His hair is gray with white streaks and is styled with a short, uneven fringe that sweeps forward, revealing longer sections that frame his face above his ears, ending in thin gray sideburns. His nose is long and flat, and his eyebrows are dark gray, furrowed, and S-shaped.

She has sanpaku eyes, pale forest green with dark blue undertones, framed by thick, dark gray eyelashes that curl upwards, with large folds above them. Her lips are thin and pale, darker on the upper lip and lighter on the lower.
