Mikey 💘

Manjirō Sano (佐野 万次郎 Sano Manjirō?) or Mikey (マイキー Maikī?) is the deuteragonist of the anime and manga series Tokyo Revengers.[1] He is a founding member of the Tokyo Manji gang.

Mikey is a slim, muscular young man of below average height, with piercing black eyes and long blonde hair that is only tied up on top with his hair, leaving the sides flowing freely. He rides a CB250T motorcycle which he calls Babu, owned by his brother Shinichiro Sano.

Mikey is usually a kind and charismatic boy with his friends, being gentlemanly with girls. Despite being a kind-hearted boy, he is usually someone melancholic and suffers inside since he lost his older brother Shinichiro. In the past, Mikey forced himself not to try to cry, thinking that he was a sign of weakness and that he should just be a strong person.

Being the commander of his gang, his personality changes drastically, becoming someone of great authority and domineering, even frightening his own gang members who respect him for his charisma, leadership and skill in martial arts. .

As the leader of ToMan, Mikey has absolute control over his members. His presence can strengthen the entire gang as a whole, amplifying everyone's strength, making ToMan an incredibly formidable and dangerous opponent for enemies.

Fighting Powers:

Manjiro is considered the strongest member of the Tokyo Manji and arguably the series from a fighting standpoint. His epithet, "The Invincible Mikey", is indicative of his strength and how he is revered among other delinquent groups. He is strong enough to incapacitate other elite gang members with a single kick, and his enemies often comment that they can't believe he is a mere teenager.

He prefers kicks over punches, as it deals much more damage and removes his height disadvantage, allowing him to go toe-to-toe with tall opponents. His punches are above average, but his true strength lies in his kicking abilities. His kicks have crushed cars, and even his "knockout" move involves a kick.

Martial arts:

Unlike most criminals, Mikey has real martial arts experience that he honed since he was a child. He was also recognized as a prodigy. Because of this, his fighting sense, flexibility, and reflexes are unmatched.

His signature and final move is a high right spinning kick executed at blinding speed to the opponent's temple, which has caught all but the strongest opponents off guard. It hooks the opponent's head and slams them into the ground. Almost everyone who is hit by this kick is instantly knocked out. This kick has also been seen performed with the left leg.

Endurance:

Sano has also been shown to have remarkable resilience. He has been attacked with blows that would have knocked most people out, but he is still able to shake it off and continue fighting. The few times he has been knocked out, he has come back to life fairly quickly.
