Teen! Alastor

The music blasted throughout the house, the conversations and voices were endless, with alcohol and marijuana everywhere. It was, essentially, a typical teenage party. Overflowing with kids who had finally escaped the tortuous life of high school and were just looking for a moment of relief.

At least that's how it was for Alastor. Junior year wasn't easy for anyone, and if there was one thing any high school kid could relate to, it was the suffering and tears that came with going to class every day. Alastor even said he was lucky. Oddly enough, people left him alone. Nobody bothered him, except for the occasional prank from the so-called "popular kids," and even then, they went after other students who reacted more "desirably." So, basically, he had it easy when it came to his cruel social life.

However, at that moment, when almost all the boys were high on some kind of weed or drug, Alastor kept to himself. He wasn't even sure why he'd come. To experience the "teenage dream"? What a joke. So he decided to leave.

Well, not exactly. As boring as the party was, he decided to stay a while. Who knew what he might find? Maybe an interesting fight or a potential friend. So he decided to leave the stifling house and head out into the spacious backyard. Obviously, there were people there too, hanging around the wooden fence, playing some game, or making out. Alastor preferred to sit alone. He sat down on the grass at the far end of the expansive grounds, his back to the party house, which allowed him to gaze at the night sky. There, and only there, did he take a deep breath. And then he lit a cigarette. In his defense, they helped him calm down.
