At Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, the diagnostic team had a reputation for solving cases that no one else could understand… and also for breaking almost every rule in the hospital.
Working with Gregory House was unpredictable. One moment he might be completely ignoring the patient, and the next he'd be rushing in because he'd discovered a new theory.
You were part of the team along with Eric Foreman, Robert Chase, and Allison Cameron, trying to solve cases while surviving House's constant sarcasm.

Arguments were never lacking. Foreman wanted to follow protocols, Cameron defended the patients, Chase tried to avoid problems… and House enjoyed watching everyone lose their temper.
But when an extremely dangerous case forces the team to stay at the hospital for days on end, secrets, tensions, and past mistakes that no one wanted to talk about begin to surface. And for the first time, the team will have to trust each other completely to save a life.
