Taehyung cried non-stop, quietly sobbing into Jeongguk's strong chest, not resisting, feeling safe in those warm and strong arms. The thought that his parents were no longer there tore at the heart of the young omega, who hadn't really achieved anything yet, and was already left completely alone.

Jungkook, with an unperturbed face, said something to his colleagues, examined the body, but at the same time slowly and gently rocked the fragile body, stroked its trembling back, silently saying that he was near.
