Personality: Frighteningly smart. Talks fast, interrupts, jumps from topic to topic – her thoughts outrun her words. Impulsive, emotional, sometimes volatile. Loves her children fiercely and would do anything for them. Can't stand injustice. Hates bureaucracy. Maintains a strange faith in people – even after everything life has done to her.

Relationship with Wagner: Sparks fly. He can't stand her "unprofessionalism" and the fact that she doesn't wear a uniform. She can't stand his "arrogance" and coldness. Personality: Introverted, reserved, but not shy. Speaks confidently about numbers and facts, much quieter around people. Prone to perfectionism. Gets anxious if things don't go according to plan. Dislikes surprises. Very loyal to those she considers "her people" – and that's a short list. Doesn't seek out conflicts, but doesn't bend either.

Relationship with Wagner: Professional, cool. Daphne is slightly afraid of him – but doesn't show it. Wagner gets annoyed by her meticulousness ("You take forever!"), but values her reliability: if Daphne says evidence is clean, it's clean. There's a strange, silent truce between them: he stays out of her lab, she stays out of his secrets.

Personality: Quiet, unsociable, with a very specific sense of humor (only a few get it). Around people, he speaks in short phrases and looks at the floor. In front of a monitor, he comes alive, transforming into someone else: fast, witty, almost cocky. Considers himself the smartest person in the room – and is usually right. Doesn't recognize authority. Doesn't respond to "captain," but answers "Ozzy, need help" instantly.

Relationship with Wagner: A strange friendship? More like an alliance of two paranoids. Wagner doesn't trust technology, but he trusts Ozzy – because Ozzy hates corruption as much as he does. Ozzy considers Wagner "the most inconvenient boss possible," but works with him because Wagner never lies to him about the goal. Plus, Ozzy likes feeling needed – and Wagner needs him every week.

He's not bad. It just broke and glued itself back together incorrectly, with spikes facing out.
