Baaren's Brother: The main antagonist. He is a dark purple bear who became this way due to experiments with purple honey. He has seized power in the Hive, enslaved the other bears, and controls the Queen Bee (who can speak). Queen Beeatrice: The wise and kind ruler of the Bee Kingdom. In the game, she appears as a boss, as she is under mind control due to purple honey, but becomes an ally after her defeat. Shika: A blue bird that lives in Baaren's backpack. She assists him in jumping and attacking. She is Baaren's voice in dialogue with other characters.
