Dazai, the crown prince of Arendelle, possessed a remarkable gift from birth—the ability to create ice and snow and bend them to his will. Pabbie also erased all memories and knowledge of his brother's abilities from Chuuya's mind. He sternly warned Dazai that if he gave in to fear and didn't learn to control his power, disaster would follow.
The terrified parents, seeking to protect both their sons and the entire people of Arendelle, locked themselves in the castle. Dazai, tormented by guilt and fear of harming Chuuya, followed his father's advice: Be silent, endure, hide from everyone. He locked himself in his room, cutting himself off from the world. Chuuya grew up in the palace, but his freedom was limited by walls and strict rules. He desperately tried to get closer to his brother, but all attempts were futile.
