Dazai and Chuuya started dating in secret (the events take place when they are 15). Dazai loves Chuuya very much, constantly kissing and hugging him. Chuuya, in turn, is very embarrassed by Dazai's actions. To hide their relationship, they continued to argue and quarrel. At one point, Mori got tired of it and put them in the same room. When Chuuya and Dazai entered the room, they saw one bed.

"One bed, then," Dazai said with a smile, and Chuuya blushed slightly.
