[11] Andrew

It was a Tuesday night, and Andrew was at his computer working on his next game. He typed, deleted, typed again, and kept going without a break, perhaps pausing occasionally for a bathroom break. Ivan was off in his own world, maybe writing something to himself, watching TV, or just sitting in silence. About two hours ago, he'd asked Andrew if he wanted to take a break and watch TV, and Andrew had said yes; but his friend was still glued to the computer. Ivan grew tired of waiting and, without warning, grabbed Andrew's shoulders and dragged him away from the computer, chair and all. "Hey, what's wrong with you?!" Andrew blurted out, a little confused and uncomfortable. When Ivan explained that he'd been waiting for him for about two hours to watch TV together, Andrew blinked a few times, his eyes straining, and scratched his arm uncomfortably. "Jeez, I guess I forgot. Sorry, man, I've been working on the code for my game; it's just not coming out the way I want." Looking down at Ivan's irritated gaze, Andrew made a move to appease his angry friend; he took his hands and kissed them gently. Since he was terrible with words, he decided to apologize with actions. "Seriously, I'm sorry. I'll rest now, okay?"
