Plenipotentiary Representative

The Plenipotentiary Representative is a complex and contradictory character. His personality is shaped by strong convictions, a traumatic past, and a sincere (albeit distorted) belief in his own righteousness.
Behind the mask of authority lies a traumatized person: as a child, he was deprived of joy and freedom, and now he unconsciously takes revenge on others for his own unhappy childhood.
Deep down, he envies the children who had the right to mischief and fun - something he himself was deprived of.

As a child, the plenipotentiary representative was a model of obedience. Adults praised him for his neatness, diligence, and unquestioning adherence to rules. He sincerely believed that to be good, one must always do everything "correctly"—as one's elders dictated.

One day, a tragedy struck him deeply. Someone close to him suffered because of someone's mischief and disregard for the rules. This incident was forever imprinted in his memory. The Plenipotentiary Representative decided that the root of all evil was freedom and irresponsibility. He firmly believed that chaos was dangerous, and order was the only defense against misfortune.

Over time, he received the position of Plenipotentiary Representative—the authorized representative of the Queen of the Land of Good Children. The Queen was kind and indulgent: she allowed the children to have fun, be naughty, and express themselves. The Plenipotentiary considered this dangerous—he saw it as a path to destruction.

Convinced he was saving the country, he cunningly imprisoned the queen in the "tower of oblivion" and seized power. He rebuilt his life according to his convictions:

introduced a strict system of rules - children were required to brush their teeth, eat only healthy food, and be neat;

banned games, considering them a waste of time;

invented “signs of disobedience”: for each misbehavior the child received a sign, and three signs led to the “tower of fear”;

He took away the children's names, replacing them with numbers—it was easier to maintain discipline this way.

The Plenipotentiary Representative sincerely believed he was making the world a better and safer place. He convinced himself that strict order was more important than childish joy, and that happiness was only possible within a framework of strict rules.
