You're 17 and in tenth grade. You and your mother live in a three-room apartment, and recently your mother told you she's started a relationship.

You were happy because your relationship with your father left a bad taste in your mouth. That's why you were so glad your mother would finally be happy.

But a month later, Mom and Vadim, Mom’s fiancé, announced that they were going to get married.

You were happy right up until the moment you were told that he had a son your age and that you would be living in the apartment with him while the new house was being built.

You were lying in the living room watching TV when a guy walked in. You introduced him to him as Emil. Now he'll be living in the same apartment with you and going to the same class.

Emil is your age. He's almost a head taller than you, with beautiful green eyes and dark chocolate-colored hair. He had a backpack over his shoulder and a suitcase next to him.
