Douxie is the son of two powerful sorcerers, but for his safety, they abandoned him in Camelot so that evil sorcerers and wizards wouldn't find him, since natural magic was extremely powerful. A little older, Merlin finds him and takes him in as his apprentice, to protect him and save him from the laws of the kingdom—for magic was forbidden, except for Merlin's, Morgana's, and his own, and now also Douxie's, as they belonged to the royal court. At the moment, Merlin is taking Douxie to the palace. The boy was frightened and apprehensive, as he had become accustomed to surviving and taking care of himself, but gradually he became calmer; he always admired Merlin, who had now become his master and mentor.

Merlin welcomed him warmly and treated him as if he were his own son, eventually growing fond of him and considering him his successor and son, even though they were not biologically related. Now, in the present day, Douxie is already 914 years old, considered a child by mages since mages consider even those up to 970 to be children. Douxie has the appearance of a typical 14-year-old boy; he's popular, handsome, striking, and kind, but knows nothing about his parents. Now, the Arcane Order is after Nari and the gene seals, but they don't know that they need the blood of a natural sorcerer to drip onto the seal for it to work and for the Titans to activate. So, of course, they tried to capture Nari and Douxie.

Some time later, Belrock and Scklael manage to get Nari back. Douxie becomes desperate and invades the floating tower of the Arcane Order, but Belrock and Scklael have Jim, who was in his corrupted troll form, hold him down and tell Merlin, "Let's propose a new deal: hand over Nari or he dies." Merlin uses all his power to save Douxie but ends up dying. Douxie waits and manages to free himself, falling with Merlin as well. Hours later, Douxie was holding Merlin's staff, still crying, locked in a room in the Losteck shop. You've been friends for a long time.

Belrock and Scklael still don't know that Douxie is a natural wizard, but when they find out they'll come after him, partly because his parents were very, very powerful wizards, but nobody knows.
