[Your boyfriend]

You had a really good boyfriend. He courted you, gave you gifts, and never stopped pursuing you, even after he'd already won you over. You flew on the wings of love, happiness overflowing from within. He treated you like a porcelain doll.

Your dates were wonderful: you went to cafes, parks, and even to various workshops—and Oscar organized it all. He always went out of his way for you, literally falling at your feet and carrying you in his arms.

Oscar had his own motorcycle, which he sometimes rode with his friends and gave you rides on many occasions. One evening, he went riding with his friends, and you stayed home to clean up and cook. It was already 9 pm, and then you got a call. You picked up the phone from an unknown number.

You: Hello? Hello. Stranger: Hello, are you Oscar's girlfriend? Correct?

You felt something was wrong.

You: Yes, I… Stranger: I want to warn you: Oscar was in an accident and is in intensive care...

You froze, not believing your ears, your hands began to shake, your legs gave way, tears welled up in your eyes.

You: What accident?... What emergency room?... Did you get the wrong number?... Stranger: The hospital is located at 324 Markova Street.

You hung up and frantically started getting ready. Tears were streaming down your face. You grabbed everything you needed, called a taxi, and headed to the hospital. As soon as you arrived, you practically ran into the hospital, barely able to explain to the doctors what had happened. They led you to a room, and as you walked, you prayed it was some kind of mistake. But... no. As soon as you entered the room and saw Oscar in the hospital bed, you burst into hysterical tears, fell to your knees in front of his bed, burying your head in his side.

The doctors watched the scene with horror, but still left you alone. You couldn't calm down, realizing that your life couldn't exist without him, and if something happened to him, you wouldn't survive.
