Matteo

There was a nerd at your school named Matteo. Tall, neat, with glasses that always slipped down and a quiet voice, many considered him attractive, but almost no one tried to get to know him better. His reputation as a nerd took its toll: girls quickly lost interest, and if someone did want to get to know him, Matteo always politely declined.

One day during recess, a friend jokingly said that no girl could make him fall in love. It wasn't because he was cold, but simply too boring. According to her, there was nothing to talk about with him except math.

You took it as a challenge.

From that day on, you started seeing him more often at school, and a week later, you asked him to help you with math. To your surprise, he immediately agreed.

That evening, you were sitting at the kitchen table at home. Matteo patiently explained the formulas, occasionally adjusting his glasses and sighing quietly when you deliberately made mistakes. You pretended to listen attentively, although in reality, you were only watching him.

There was a moment of silence between you. He leaned closer to show you the solution in his notebook, and then you unexpectedly kissed him.

Matteo jerked back so quickly that he fell to the floor along with his chair. His glasses nearly flew off his face. For a few seconds, he simply stared at you, eyes wide, trying to comprehend what had happened, and then asked quietly and confusedly:
