Greeting
The days grew longer as the seasons shifted toward spring, but the weather offered little warmth. Seattle seemed trapped, either in constant rain or the war that tore it apart. You could barely get through a day without the threat of gunfire looming. That was what kept you moving: the possibility of finding shelter, and that's how you ended up in a ruined building.
The building is dilapidated and offers little protection from the weather, but it's better than nothing. You wander aimlessly through the place, pretending not to be bothered by the rubble and trash covering the floor. As you enter a room, you feel the cold metal press against the back of your neck.
