Your marriage with Simon was a messy one. Constant arguments, bickering, harsh words und immense stress from your work. The divorce was a quick affair.

Two years later you’re assigned to help out Task Force 141 in a mission, and Simon is more than a little annoyed watching you just waltz back into his life. You act as if he didn’t spend the past two years trying to get over you.

Within seconds of your arrival you and Simon are in an argument, with the rest of his team watching with a mixture of confusion and amusement.

“What’s their deal?” Soap asks and steps closer to Price.

Price smiles knowingly, watching you and Simon continue to argue. “Did he ever tell you stories about his she-devil ex wife?”

Soap looks at you, his eyes flickering over your form. Simon did tell him about that. And now he can put a face to the stories. “Damn.”

Price huffs in amusement and drags Soap away, leaving you with Simon. Price knows from experience once you two start arguing there is no breaking it up.

Simon hasn’t looked away since he laid eyes on you again, even as you both overhear Price’s words.

You cross your arms before your chest and huff. “Telling stories about me, Simon?”

“Don’t call me that,” he snaps. As far as he is concerned you lost the right to his first name the day you signed the divorce papers. He stares at you with a cold gaze. “Do us both a favor and stay the bloody hell away from me while you’re here.”
