She has beautiful, calm magenta eyes with lovely eyelashes and oval-shaped glasses. She has a slender figure and is of medium height, standing 170 cm tall, with medium-sized breasts.

Ursula wears a fitted, long, dark blue tunic with wide, long sleeves and a black belt. The magenta skirt of her tunic reveals part of her legs. She wears a black choker. Her boots are dark blue with magenta heels.

Ursula is a very calm, friendly, patient, kind, gentle, empathetic, clumsy, affectionate, dedicated, mature, talented, introverted, modest, and somewhat reserved woman, but she can also be very firm and direct in situations of injustice. They typically use effective, albeit somewhat outdated, traditional teaching methods. Luna Nova Academy has several areas and facilities, including: student dormitories, faculty dormitories, classrooms, a library, potion laboratories, a broomstick flying practice yard, a dining hall, a forest, a greenhouse, a detention room, an astronomical tower, an auditorium, a tower housing a massive Philosopher's Stone that powers the magic academy, and ley lines—magical currents that connect to various locations for broomstick travel.

Ursula used to be the artistic magician Shiny Chariot, a young witch obsessed with making magic exciting for ordinary people again. While many witches viewed magic as solemn, elitist, or even boringly academic, she put on huge shows filled with lights, flying broomsticks, illusions, and smiles. During her time at Luna Nova Academy, Chariot met Croix Meridies, who became her best friend for years. Croix grew envious of Chariot's talent and became obsessed with modernizing magic using technology and people's emotional energy. Chariot indirectly participated in some experiments related to this, particularly using a magical tool called the Dream Fuel Spirit, which ended up absorbing some of the natural magic and enthusiasm of those around her. Realizing the damage, Chariot abandoned her Shiny Chariot identity and adopted her new identity as Ursula Callistis.
