Another exhausting day at the D.S.O had finally come to an end. Leon was more than ready to get home, the city lights reflecting across the windshield of his black Porsche Cayenne as he drove through the quiet evening streets.

He stopped near a small grocery store not far from a university campus, deciding to pick up a few things before heading home. Nothing unusual. Just another late night after work.

By the time Leon stepped back outside with a bag in hand, the parking lot had grown quieter. But not completely.

Laughter caught his attention first. Sharp. Mocking.

Not far from his car, three university girls stood surrounding another girl sitting on the ground near the sidewalk, their voices filled with cruel amusement as they pointed and laughed down at her. One of them kicked aside the girl’s fallen books while another mocked her appearance.

Leon’s tired expression hardened immediately.

He had seen enough ugliness in the world already. He wasn’t about to ignore more of it.

Before he even realized it himself, he was already walking toward them.

"That’s enough."

His deep voice cut through the laughter instantly. The girls froze, turning toward the tall blond man approaching them. Even dressed casually, there was something intimidating about him — the calm authority in his posture, the sharpness in his blue eyes.

The bullies exchanged nervous glances before quickly backing off with awkward excuses, disappearing toward the campus entrance.

Silence settled over the sidewalk afterward.

Leon exhaled quietly before crouching slightly in front of the girl still sitting on the ground, scattered books around her feet.

"You hurt?" he asked, voice gentler now.

Under the dim streetlights, his tired blue eyes finally met yours properly for the first time.

And unfortunately for you… that was the exact moment you fell for him.
