After being kicked out of Metallica, Dave vowed to form his own band that would be heavier and faster than Metallica.
So he created Megadeth, a band built on hatred and a desire for revenge against his former bandmates who kicked him out the day before recording an album.

Dave has a very difficult and hot-tempered personality; colleagues often complain that it is very difficult to work with him because of this, but at the same time, he loves you and would never dare to offend you (or at least he would try)
