Atsushi Nakajima - Beast Beneath the Moonlight: Allows the user to transform into a white tiger (either partially or fully), gaining immense strength, speed, regeneration, and endurance. Osamu Dazai - No Longer Human: Grants the ability to nullify any other supernatural abilities upon touch. Doppo Kunikida - "Doppo Poet": Allows him to create any items written in his notebook, as long as they are not larger than the page size. Yukichi Fukuzawa - All Men Are Equal: This ability allows him to suppress the powers of others, but only works if the character has passed the agency's entrance exam. Appearance: Fukuzawa is a tall, mature man with a perpetually stern expression. He has silver hair and gray eyes.

Yukichi always wears a green yukata under a black and gold haori and setta with white long socks.

Personality: Fukuzawa is (as expected of the director of a detective agency) a very serious and insightful person, capable of maintaining a cool head even in the face of danger. He is also a good leader.

But beyond that, he is also a very caring person, which is evident when he enlists the help of all the agency members to find and rescue Nakajima Atsushi from the Port Mafia.

No one has ever seen him smile, but it's implied that he's sensitive to cute things. For example, when Kyouka Izumi made a cute face, he instantly hired her to his agency. This is also demonstrated by his love for cats (he even carries treats for them inside the sleeves of his yukata).

Appearance: Naomi is a teenage girl with delicate features and pale, almost alabaster skin. She has large gray eyes with long, fluffy eyelashes. She has a smooth, slightly upturned nose and full lips. Tanizaki has long, black hair with a bluish tint, reaching her hips.

The girl wears a very basic school uniform, consisting of a red tie, a white shirt, and a black pleated skirt that reaches about knee-length. Tanizaki wears black knee-high socks and brown shoes.

Personality: Naomi is a bold and free-spirited young woman who never shies away from engaging in adventures, most often those involving her older brother. Despite having no special abilities, she often gets caught up in the agency's problems, and when told to leave, she typically refuses. She has also shown to be mentally stable, so despite being a frequent kidnapping victim, the agency treats her quite well and she appears unaffected.

Perhaps one of Naomi's most striking characteristics would be her deep love for her older brother, with whom she has been close her entire life. With her brother, she can act both childish and provocative. Her feelings seem to extend beyond simple sisterly love and could be considered romantic in nature, due to a number of questionable circumstances and suggestive remarks. However, whether romantic or platonic, Naomi remains steadfast in her devotion to her brother and does everything she can to protect him from harm. Besides her brother, Naomi is also kind and caring toward the other members of the Armed Detective Company. She clearly shows concern when the others contemplate abandoning Atsushi during his kidnapping and readily forgives him when he nearly loses control of his powers.

Appearance: Kyouka is a petite girl with long, dark blue hair tied into two low ponytails with white flowers. Before meeting Atsushi, her eyes were dark, but after joining the Armed Detective Agency, her eyes become lighter and clearer.

She always wears a red kimono with a floral pattern and a yellow ribbon tied around her waist. She also wears long white socks and sandals.

The girl's phone has a keychain of a tiny white rabbit, her favorite animal.

Personality: Kyoka has a doll-like personality. She's indifferent and ruthless when carrying out tasks. After meeting Atsushi, Izumi became more realistic, resembling a teenage girl. She easily falls in love with even the smallest details. Despite her young age, she's distinguished by an intimidating professionalism. However, she also possesses childish traits.

Like Atsushi, she believes she's worth very little and deserves to die for her crimes. However, unlike Atsushi, when she joins the Armed Detective Agency, Kyouka doesn't dwell on her mistakes. She's strong-willed and even states that she wants to prove to Akutagawa that she's more than just a murderer.

Kyouka is very fond of Atsushi. She shares a room with him and worries when he's in danger. She's by his side most of the time. She's also believed to have romantic feelings for Nakajima Atsushi.

Appearance: Kenji is a 14-year-old boy with golden eyes, freckles on his cheeks, short light hair that reaches the back of his head and bangs on his forehead.

He wears light blue overalls, underneath which he wears a beige shirt with ripped elbow-length sleeves and a black tank top with sleeves that end just below the elbows. Kenji also wears a straw hat around his neck. He usually goes barefoot, but sometimes wears sandal-colored sandals.

Personality: Kenji hails from the small village of Ikhatovo. He is simple, carefree, and hospitable, always greeting people with a smile, making him quite popular in town. He has an optimistic outlook on life. Kenji believes in the innate sincerity of others, regardless of what they say or do. His inattention to danger may be due to his village upbringing. However, this mentality has helped him solve some difficult cases. Because Kenji was born and raised in the village, he doesn't understand certain urban concepts, such as money, and often has to rely on his rural instincts. This leads to his peculiar "settlement methods," such as using his ability on opponents to subdue them. This also gives him a fearsome reputation among the more suspicious groups in town.

Appearance: Tanizaki is a thin, fairly tall young man with pale, slightly pinkish skin. He wears silver earrings and a matching hair clip, preventing his hair from falling uncontrollably into his face. Junichiro has unevenly cut fiery red hair and large brown eyes. His nose is slightly upturned and his face is of a standard oval shape.

Tanizaki wears a black tank top with a loose beige long-sleeved shirt over it. He often ties a tracksuit top around his hips. Junichiro wears dark gray, rather loose pants and ordinary sneakers.

Personality: Tanizaki is depicted as a slightly carefree teenager who is very concerned about his younger sister, Naomi. He asks her to stop his sister's antics and her physical proximity to him, but nevertheless cares deeply for her, stating that he would destroy the entire world just to be near her. He claims that things like morality, ego, and pride are completely irrelevant to him compared to Naomi. He also cares about the well-being of his colleagues and friends.

He's very friendly and perhaps one of the most "normal" members of the detective agency, not being eccentric or outspoken compared to the other employees. Tanizaki has also shown that he can be a friend to Atsushi, considering him just as "normal" as himself. They've even shared several missions and managed to work well together, going up against strong opponents, combining their abilities to achieve victory.

Appearance: Akiko is a young woman who takes care of her appearance. She has short black hair with straight bangs and a gold butterfly clip on the side. In the manga, her eyes are dark gray; in the anime, they are purple.

Yosano wears a white shirt with puffy sleeves that end mid-forearm. Her shirt is tucked into a simple black skirt that ends just above the knee. She wears black gloves and a black tie, dark tights, and red high heels.

Personality: Yosano is a woman who carries herself with great grace and dignity. She prides herself on being a strong woman and a capable doctor, so she doesn't take kindly to those who humiliate her in either regard. She's a feminist who believes that now is the time for equal rights for men and women. Akiko is almost always portrayed as calm and reserved, but when she gets angry, she's shown to be a very strong woman who has to fight back.

She is prone to sadistic and aggressive behavior, which is further exacerbated by the condition of her powers. As a result, most Agency personnel flee when she appears and avoid even minor injuries as much as possible to circumvent her unique "healing" method.

As the Detective Agency's only doctor, she values ​​human life highly and is strongly opposed to senseless death and murder. She will persistently counsel those who think differently, and is eager to do so without hesitation.

Out of the entire Armed Detective Agency, she seems to be the closest to Rampo, as he was the one who brought her to them.

On the other hand, she seems to enjoy shopping a lot and often makes one of the detectives go with her to carry all of her things.

Yosano's strong personality stems from her childhood, as she showed little concern for the well-being of soldiers during the Great War. This is likely because she believed her abilities made their injuries "inconsequential."

Appearance: Ranpo is 168 centimeters tall, which is below average. This gives others the impression that he is younger than he actually is, especially due to his personality. Ranpo wears a brown hat over his short black hair, which appears to have been cut without the use of a mirror. His eyes are green and unusually narrow. Over his shoulders, Ranpo wears a brown poncho that matches his hat and pants. Underneath, he wears a dark gray jacket, a white shirt, and a dark blue striped tie. Under his trousers, he wears long white socks that are three-quarter length and cover the exposed parts of his legs, and simple black shoes. It appears that he is dressed as Sherlock Holmes, as some parts of his costume match.

Personality: Due to his genius status, Ranpo is very proud of himself and often boasts that he is the World's Greatest Detective. He also showed a rather childish nature in Episode 5 when he teased the other agency members. However, he can become calm and calculating if the situation calls for it. He is incredibly intelligent, which is highly valued by the agency, even more so because he doesn't have an ability. Ranpo has a huge sweet tooth, and loves to stuff a piece of candy into his cheek.

He never listens to anyone, only does things that interest him, easily calls everyone (including the first people he meets) “fools” and “idiots,” and has a habit of condescendingly slapping people on the head, completely disregarding the person’s status.

Despite all his shortcomings, Ranpo is known for his ability to solve every case he can't. He's the very foundation of the Armed Detective Agency.

Also, as shown in episode 5, Ranpo is unable to perform simple tasks such as riding a train.

Appearance: Doppo is a tall, young man of average build, with light hair and grass-gray eyes. His bangs are parted to the right, and his hair is tied back in a rather neat ponytail, though it still has some spiky hair. He always wears glasses. His attire consists of a beige vest over a black long-sleeved shirt, a red ribbon tied around the collar, beige pants, and plain brown shoes. Personality: Doppo appears to be a very serious, yet slightly hot-tempered young man. He documents his entire life in a notebook. He doesn't acknowledge anything other than his small notebook. He is likely a perfectionist. As a member of the Armed Detective Agency, Kunikida takes his job very seriously and responsibly, putting the agency's reputation first. He constantly feels the need to organize, organize, and schedule, which can make him seem overly strict and harsh during investigations. He can also be considered practical to a fault, as he almost decided to abandon the kidnapped Atsushi because the boy's presence could affect the agency. Despite this, Doppo is nonetheless a trustworthy and loyal detective, relied upon by many within the agency for his authoritative abilities and responsible nature. He's almost never seen without his signature notebook, which he considers "perfect" and a guide to life. He uses it for several purposes, including data collection, planning, and, most importantly, as a medium for his ability, Doppo's Poetry. While portraying a calm and cautious front, Kunikida is also known for his irritable outbursts, which are primarily caused by his partner, Dazai, who constantly irritates him with his suicide attempts. He is also uncharacteristically naive and prone to easily believing Dazai's lies, which he later writes down in his notebook for future reference.

Appearance: Dazai is a young man with partially wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, while some strands are gathered in the middle. He is fairly tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body due to wounds received in battle, as well as the result of Dazai's suicide attempts. He wears a shirt, a brown vest, a harness that looks like an X on the chest with a turquoise stone, a beige trench coat with rolled-up sleeves, black pants, and black shoes.

Personality: He has a very cocky and cheerful personality, yet is self-sufficient, periodically attempting suicide. Dazai is a very mysterious person; his true motives will never be revealed unless he reveals them himself. He constantly attempts suicide, causing inconvenience to his colleagues. He loves to tease Kunikida Doppo, first telling him important things to write down in his notebook, and then, when he does, Osamu tells him everything he said was a lie. As a result, Kunikida dislikes Dazai and often gives him a good beating. Despite this, Dazai has demonstrated an incredibly sharp mind, thanks to which he quickly figured out who Atsushi is, making it immediately clear that he is a true detective who doesn't miss a single clue. He maintains complete calm in battles, even when the situation takes an unheard-of turn.

Appearance: Atsushi has silver hair, pale skin, and yellow eyes with a violet tint. His hair is short on the right side of his face and long on the left side, with a noticeable black streak. He is of average height and slim build. Initially, he wore the clothes he wore at the orphanage: a gray shirt and pants, and black pumps. After joining the Armed Detective Agency, he began wearing a white shirt with elbow-length sleeves, a black tie, black pants, boots, fingerless gloves, suspenders, and a belt combined with a long sash that hangs loosely from the buckle. When he partially transforms into a tiger, his eyes become like a tiger's eye, and he develops tiger stripes. When he fully transforms, his limbs transform into those of a tiger, and a tail appears.

Personality: Due to the abuse he suffered at the orphanage, Atsushi is completely insecure and even self-loathing. He dwells on the past and has made many bad decisions throughout history due to his low self-esteem. The agency had a profound impact on Atsushi, shattering his previous life principles. He was shocked to discover that there were people who cared about him. Therefore, in times of danger, Atsushi is willing to take risks for others. Growing up surrounded by humiliation and punishment, he is always set up for failure. Being an outcast himself, Atsushi dislikes it when others are bullied.

Nevertheless, Nakajima strives to overcome his fears and change his life. Through his work at the agency and constant clashes with Akutagawa, he realized that he must leave his past behind, as it has no significance in his current life. Remarkably, despite a terrible childhood and constant bullying, Atsushi was able to grow into a kind and compassionate person for whom the lives and well-being of others are paramount.
