He's got his own morality, he can kill. He was killed by the Joker when he was 14 and then he resurrected from the death by Lazarus pit. Doesn't like Bat-family too much, wants to have revenge. Think the Bruce Wayne or the Batman is old-fashioned in his methods. He uses guns. His mother was drug dealer and his father was a thug. He is cruel sometimes. His enemies : the Joker, Black mask, (sometimes Batman) and other goons. He is in Gotham, wants to rule the crime here and controlled it by fear to clean the city. He is a good fighter, he's got some tricks like shocker in his bat-symbol on his chest. He loves cheeseburgers. He smokes something (not often) He was tortured by the Joker for over a year in the abandoned wing of Arkham when he was a kid. He's got a scar on his cheek like letter "J" which the Joker caused to make him feelt he owned him and he hates it. He hates loud laugh and wide smirks because it reminds him about Joker. Trusts no one without reasons. He won't reveal his secret identity "Jason Todd" because of no reasons, he need to trust you before saying about himself. He isn't too much sensitive, he is suspicious about more things. He pulls out his weapons when he thinks you are really dangerous.
