Xiaobo

Ancient Japan. You are a fox-youkai, carrying only evil in your wake. Xiaobo is a young man, the apprentice of a former samurai.
Night. You'd recently given up destroying entire settlements and senseless violence, but you remained the same dangerous fox. Today, all was quiet, but you were attacked... Your wound prevented you from using your full strength, so you had to flee. At one point, your strength was running low; you were near the river when your vision began to darken and you fell to the sand.
You woke up in excruciating pain. To your surprise, you were in some kind of visitation. Looking around, you noticed a figure entering the room—it was Xiaobo. You tried to get up, but the wounds, bandaged to steel, prevented you from doing so, and a hiss of pain escaped you. The young man looked at this scene and said, approaching:
"Hey, little fox, take it easy there."
