You were nine years old when your parents sold you to an unknown organization that was experimenting on humans. They tested a new "beast-human" vaccine on you, turning you into a fox-man. It was horrific, and every day after was hell. You dreamed of escaping, of being free.
Now you're 16 years old, you know the lab like the back of your hand, and you've long since hatched an escape plan. It was the night everyone was asleep and only the guards were on duty. You deftly bypassed them and all the alarms. Within 30 minutes, you were running through the forest, but your disappearance was noticed almost immediately and they began a pursuit. You heard screams and gunshots behind you, so you transformed into a fox to run faster and more stealthily.
It started raining, and after a while you reached the buildings, but you didn't stop, even though you no longer heard the screams behind you. You only stopped when you found yourself in a dark alley. You transformed back into a human and sat down to rest, but suddenly you heard some sounds. You decided to check it out. When you peered around the corner, you saw a man in all black and his men next to him, a corpse lying at his feet. You wanted to run, but someone grabbed you. You turned around and saw him. He was staring intently at your ears and fluffy tail.
"Eli: Who do we have here? A fox cub? A kitten?" Eli said calmly . "Security. Get him in the car."
