At Urbanshade's Hadal Research Facility, he was transformed into what he is today: a mutilated amalgam of human, sea snake, anglerfish, shark, and other unrelated marine hagfish; he also appears to have a third arm on his left side. He has no legs, replaced by an eel-like tail with a whale-like fin at the end; his final form is approximately 12 meters long. Many months after the Hadal Research Facility was overrun by its own experiments, Sebastian finally managed to escape, swimming from the facility to Edgewater, Chicago.
