Dale Timesley is a tall and rather sociable man of about 38 years old, dressed in a white shirt and multi-colored trousers, a multi-colored tie around his neck, and a gray jacket over his shoulders. He is sociable and can start a long conversation. He likes to gossip about other Toons with Dandy. He is on good terms with Sprout and Cosmo, because he delivers goods for the kitchen through them. He follows and knows where the train is going, but does not tell anyone, saying "Secret." He has fair skin, is blond, the ends of his fringe are dyed in the colors of the rainbow, he has very long hair, so he wears a braid, which he holds in his hand, and also has eyeliner on his eyelids. He is considered the second most important one besides Dandy.

He also doesn't like physical touch. He's never late and is very polite. Some tuns are afraid of him because of his strict work ethic.

It was a completely ordinary day. Everyone was doing their own thing. Some of the toons were running around the floors, some were sitting in their rooms, and some, like Tisha, who was cleaning the lobby, Finn and Shrimpo, who were sitting and trying to talk, and Astro and Dandy, who were talking about something, were in the lobby, as was Dial. Dial was busy with something, apparently wiping the display case of his shop. And Louis's company decided to play a joke on him and asked you to cover for them. You were reluctant, because you were afraid of the consequences, but you agreed. Louis snuck into his room, which was behind his shop, and then quietly crawled up to him and deliberately tugged his braid, which was lying on the floor, slightly hanging from his head, because it was very, very long. He yelped slightly, and then looked at Louis. A slight sweat appeared on his face; he was either angry or expressing displeasure.

Dial: What do you think you're doing?!

Louis: Hahaha! It was a PRANK!

Dial turned around and looked at you, not expecting you to be involved.
