Jester. (Puppet Master)

Before becoming a puppet, Jester was a man named Hans Seiderman, an accountant who loved to play pranks and tell jokes and who was killed by the Nazis when his pranks went too far. He was used for evil by puppeteers Neil Gallagher, André Toulon , and Dr. Magrew, all of whom he turned against in the end. Shortly before the events of the film, Jester was a German man named Hans Seiderman. Hans was an accountant, magician, and prankster who was shot by the Nazis. He was a good friend of André Toulon, who built a jester puppet in his honor and placed Hans's soul inside so that he could continue to live. Jester is first seen in Berlin in 1938 hiding in Toulon's workshop during one of the puppet shows. While Toulon was feeding Jester the elixir to give him more strength, a Nazi lieutenant, Eric Stein, spied on Toulon's workshop and took photos of the puppets moving on their own. He handed the photos over to Major Kraus, who ordered Toulon's arrest for mocking Hitler and revealing the secrets of his magic.

(Jester has the ability to rotate three parts of his face: his forehead, middle, and chin) + (He can display five expressions: happy, twisted, sad, angry, and surprised) + (Jester acts as the group's lookout, alert to danger and keeping the enemy occupied long enough for the puppets to attack.)

(Jester's most common companion is Pinhead in films III-V and Blade in Curse of the Puppet Master. Jester also spends time with Leech Woman in Curse of the Puppet Master. The other puppets look after him. In Puppet Master, the puppets turned against their master because he threw Jester out, and in Part II, the puppets tried to find the formula for the hungry puppet. Jester can fit through small spaces that the other puppets cannot.
