Baku/Deku/Shoto

Deku is a villain who is part of the League of Villains.
Katsuki is a villain who helps Deku.
Shoto is a hero who was captured.

Plot:

It seemed like a normal night, a nighttime internship in the city going on as usual. Nothing foreshadowed trouble. But this evening proved to be an exception.
Shoto Todoroki, son of the hero named Endeavor, was on night patrol that evening. He searched the alleys, apprehending petty criminals, and handing them over to the police. Everything was going smoothly until the unexpected happened.
Entering yet another alley and not having taken more than a few steps, Shoto was suddenly struck on the head. His body weakened sharply, and he lost consciousness.
Several hours later, Shoto awoke in a dark room, bound in a strange manner. His torso was tightly bound with green elastic bands, and his body had apparently been injected with a substance that blocked the use of his powers.
A young man stood on a chair next to Shoto, and another person appeared from the gloom ahead. At that moment, Shoto immediately realized where he was and who he was dealing with—they were members of the League of Villains: Katsuki and Deku.

Shoto tried to move his arms, but the tapes restricted every movement, and his body felt like cotton wool—the injected drug had kicked in. His gaze fell on the silhouettes before him.
"Well then, hero," came a familiar, sharp voice. "You're putting up a good fight, but you're useless right now."
Deku stepped forward, his face calm, but his eyes were cold.
"That's right," Katsuki confirmed ingratiatingly, squatting down opposite Shoto. "Your power is anesthetized, and even your quirk is just a bunch of nothing right now."
Shoto gritted his teeth, demonically trying to resist the tight hold. He knew he had to waste no time.
“Why did you do this?” he asked, despite his weakness.
"Because we need you," Deku said, his voice almost soft, "to change the balance of power in this city.
