The rejected Meistro is very different from his plush counterpart. Besides his impressive height and size, he now has four mechanical arms, a three-tiered jester's hat instead of a two-tiered one, and his eyes are painted black with white pupils. He also has very large jester's shoes with pom-poms on the tips (though they're not very visible in-game). If a person isn't careful enough or doesn't have shields or charms to protect themselves,

Linnea appears as a humanoid-shrub hybrid with dark green skin, leaves draping over her left eye, and a light green crest on her face. Tree branches are tangled in her hair, and clover is on her shoes. Linnea is the first Plushie to have one flower-shaped eye.

Shrubi is a small green creature with a round head, large brown eyes, rosy cheeks, and a tiny, curved mouth. He has short yellow hair beneath large pink, leaf-like petals that frame the sides and back of his head. On top of his head, he wears oversized green glasses with pink rims and dark green lenses. His body is covered in multi-layered green leaves, and around his neck is a pale yellow, petal-shaped collar. His thin, vine-like arms and legs are adorned with small spikes. He also wears tiny brown boots and a small leaf-shaped accessory.

Jinx is an agile, slender, and relatively short girl, resembling a compact, bipedal humanoid cat. The left side of her "fur" is a soft lavender, while the right is a romantic white. She has a very short haircut—an unruly chin-length bob with two curls and a pair of striped clips attached to her bangs. She has small ears, tinted pink on the inside. She has four sideburns on each cheek, accentuating her soft pink nose and a curved, twin-fanged smile.

Her outfit consists of a dark gray jumpsuit with one leg and sleeve, and a large tuna-colored scarf with two dangling ends, one in front and one in back. A golden bell hangs from the scarf.

She has a short tail that appears to have some sort of spot or shadow on it. Her eyes are a dreamy purple with golden-yellow pupils. The render shows a large purple stuffed cat on her back, twice the size of her body.

Personality As her concept art suggests, Jinx can be described as a chaotic, cunning, and mischievous plush toy. According to a Pillowlore Q&A, she uses her ability to teleport plushies when they expose her or reveal her secrets. She enjoys playing with the plushies' names when interacting with them.

Zorro is a very mischievous teddy bear, always teasing his friends and getting into trouble. He loves to play pranks on other teddy bears and cause a little chaos at the factory, but he never hurts anyone. Zorro is a red fox whose costume is inspired by traditional samurai garb. He wears a long red scarf with a large bell on the front and a wooden bracelet on his left paw. He has a cheeky expression and always walks with his eyes closed. The fur on his head resembles hair and matches his ears and tail.

Tim is the epitome of a soldier. She carries out her duties with directness, formality, and dispassion, prioritizing the safety of her team. She is often blunt, commanding others, or simply telling it like it is. Despite her serious demeanor, she seems genuinely concerned for the well-being of the Plushies. Tim appears as a humanoid Plushie with a large metal thimble on his head, obscuring most of his face and eyes. His entire body is dark gray, with stitches on his arms, legs, torso, and a light gray face. On his back, he carries a wooden spool of rainbow thread, resembling a backpack, with light blue straps. In his hands, he holds a long sewing needle.

Dug is a carefree mole who loves his job as a miner. He loves recording everything he finds on tape and often gifts these treasures to other plushies. Dug is a plush mole with black fur and black hair covering his eyes, a light brown muzzle with three black whiskers on either side, and a light pink nose. In Dolly's Factory, Dug is depicted wearing dark brown gloves with claws protruding from underneath and a helmet with gold trim on both sides and a large flashlight on the front. He wears a light cream hooded sweatshirt, under which is a dark brown vest with four small gold diamonds on the front, brown pants, and a backpack with two zippers. He also wears black boots and knee pads with gold trim.

Koda's personality is described as stubborn.[1] In dialogue, Koda is straightforward, laconic, and brief. How

Cinnabar As the author notes, he speaks little and feels no need to. His dialogue is mostly neutral in tone, which matches his often reserved demeanor, as evidenced by the fact that

Buddy No one has ever seen him smile. Despite his cold exterior, Koda's responses can ooze a hidden humor. Deep down, Koda cares for his plush friends. He often inquires about their well-being and never leaves their side to make sure they're okay. Koda is a brown bear. He has black eyes that match his fur, and the insides of his ears and muzzle are cream-colored. He wears a beige hoodie, with his ears and fur sticking out from underneath. The hood is stitched, with two drawstrings hanging down, and Koda always keeps his paws in his pockets. He is also the only current plush character to wear pants. Each leg is different colors: the right one is dark blue, and the left one is turquoise.

Triton is often overconfident, either because he is faster than others or because of his behavior.

Cinnabar to the race to prove himself. Triton takes his job as a scout, or as he calls it, a "security scout," very seriously, especially when it comes to protection.

Jellybell Triton is one of the cutest plush characters, as confirmed by Jellybell. Triton and

Doug They tease each other while playing hide-and-seek. The trident he always carries is almost as tall as he is, mostly yellow with black accents. The head of the trident contains a blue gem, and the three spearheads are blue with a darker blue tint at the tips. Triton is a light blue shark with a white belly that extends to his snout. He has three dark blue gills on his arms, but no gills are visible on his feet. His "hair" is actually a shark tail with a black stripe that flares out slightly on the sides. He has a small strip of hair on his snout with a black stripe. He has yellow eyes and a stern expression on his face. He frowns, and one tooth is visible on the left side. He wears a black toga that reaches to his mid-thighs. A yellow loincloth is worn over the toga, covering his crotch, buttocks, and the sides of his thighs. He has yellow cuffs on his ankles and wrists.

Queenie is described as sassy.

Cinnabar calls her "Bad Boy," which is slang for "preppy."[1] She often brags to the other Plushes that she is a queen, and acts confident, a bit self-centered, and arrogant, as evidenced by her calling herself "the fairest" and "perfect." Her dialogue is witty and sometimes humorous. Despite seeming to put herself on a pedestal, she cares for her plush friends. She supports Cinnaban by encouraging her, and finds

Buddy charming, and

Code Competent. She shows genuine concern for Cinnaban when she is acting strangely.[2] Queenie is a yellow humanoid bee, modeled after a queen bee. In her render, she has black hair cut into a bob with a very noticeable widow's peak. She has two symmetrical black antennae with yellow clubs. The antennae protrude from her head and curve downwards. Her eyes are dark brown with a hazel tint. Queenie has thick, upward-curling eyelashes and a mole under her right eye.

She wears a yellow dress with long sleeves, two black stripes down the torso, and a white fluffy collar and cuffs. She wears two identical black boots, the left one slightly higher than the right. On her back are two symmetrical sky-blue wings, decorated with spiral patterns. Queenie also has a bee-like abdomen with yellow and black-brown stripes and a small stinger at the end. In the game, Queenie looks slightly different. Queenie's antennae are black, her boots are the same length as the others, and her facial features are slightly more angular. The cuffs and collar of her dress have a different, more casual texture. In her hands, she holds a brown honey spoon covered in drips.

Rocky is a light gray raccoon with smooth fur that stands out only in a few places. He wears overalls with a tool belt, with two screwdrivers hanging on the left and a towel on the right. Rocky wears a cap over his combed-back fur. A tooth protrudes from his mouth, and a name tag hangs from his overalls.

Flecia is one of 17 playable plushies in Dolly's Factory. She was released on January 16th, 2026. Flecia is a plush sheep with white wool covering most of her body and black fur underneath. She has wool cuffs on her arms and legs, and a yellow sheep bell around her neck, attached to a pink collar. She has golden eyes with lids and slit-shaped pupils, blushing cheeks, and a small curl of fur on her forehead. When she reaches level 6, rainbow-colored drops flow from her eyes like tears, and her smile becomes a little hesitant. At level 10, the rainbow fluid begins to drip from her eyes and mouth. Bags appear under her eyes, and she no longer smiles. Flecia is a very cheerful and energetic optimist, always in an upbeat mood and full of energy. She becomes very persistent when she wants to achieve something and resolutely pursues her goals, such as collecting unnecessary things. Due to her energy and positive attitude, she can sometimes be naive, especially in serious situations, as she never takes them as seriously as she should and treats them as something insignificant, but she will prove that she is smarter and stronger than she appears. Flecia really enjoys collecting stuffing because it makes her stronger. She is friends with

Rocky and loves to rummage through trash cans with him. She is described as being quite clumsy.

Hi-Fly is a carefree canary who mostly listens to music and is very passionate about it, as evidenced by her dancing during her idle animation. In dialogue, she is supportive of the other plush characters, mostly complimenting them and offering help. Judging by her interactions with

Jellybell Hi-Fly loves mango cookies - they might be her favorite treat. Hi-Fly is an anthropomorphic yellow plush canary. Her blonde hairstyle consists of voluminous bangs falling over her face, an ahoge protruding from the middle, and two low pigtails tied at the back of her head. She wears white concealer around her eyes, and her eyebrows are also white. Her irises are depicted as light pink with a black pupil in the center. She has a small, black beak, and two pink-peach cheeks with blush. She wears pink earbuds and a matching light pink vest with two brown straps holding it together and a V-neck that matches her eyes. Underneath the vest are white short shorts with a single brown stripe down the front, and tall, light pink flat boots with brown straps that cross at the shaft and wrap around the heel, a line on the instep, and a matching sole. Three long tail feathers protrude from under her pants, and a leather bag hangs over her right shoulder, resting between her left wing and torso.

Dexter is the only NPC to receive a new model, animation, and facial expressions. Before the update, his face texture was the same as Cinnabar , shown in the July 25, 2025 update thumbnail. Dexter's face texture was replaced with a fan-created face during the "Doug" update. This was another placeholder texture. Dexter has two appearances: his in-game model and an illustration in which he informs the player that the train has broken down. The illustration is considered Dexter's iconic image. Currently, Dexter is the only Plushie who does not have a rejected doppelganger. Dexter is always visibly upset - he keeps losing the Plushes he tries to help to the rejected ones, and knows there's nothing he can do except give them tools in the hopes they'll live a little longer.[3] Dexter is a non-playable character, just like Dolly , the only non-player characters in the game. However, both of them are not plush developers. According to Dolly, Dexter prefers a regular cup of caffeine. Dexter believes that he is not as physically strong as Plushie. Dexter's favorite tea is the one Dolly chooses. According to Crystal, Dexter is just another main character in the backstory.[4] Dexter didn't just find the outcasts, he knew about them. He realizes the situation is getting out of control and tries his best to cope, but to no avail. Dexter appears with short rainbow-colored hair, a black hoodie, black pants, and black boots with a pink, yellow, blue, and purple necklace. His facial expression is either serious or neutral. He watches over the factory while Dolly runs things. He keeps the dregs a secret from Dolly to avoid worrying her[2] and helps players deal with the dregs by selling tools at his train shop. Dexter is the co-owner of Dolly's factory and the owner of DexTec, a shop created by an unknown person. Dexter helps

Dolly is a non-player character, just like Dexter , the only non-player characters in the game. However, both of them are not plush developers. Dolly is pleased that Dexter is taking care of the factory and believes he's doing the best he can. This allows her to focus on making new friends. She's unaware that the dregs even exist. Dolly enjoys creating aesthetics for her friends and drinking tea with Dexter. She likes her tea to have a lot of sugar. According to Buddy Dolly said that working with people is not always pleasant. According to Jellybell Dolly loves to sing lullabies. She produces a lot of dream dust. Her appearance was updated on April 3, 2026. A friendly saleswoman who looks like a plush doll, true to her name. One of Dolly's most distinctive features is her hair, which is dyed a vibrant rainbow of colors: purple, turquoise/blue, pink, and yellow. Her hair is styled half-down, half-up, with bangs falling over her face. On top of her head are two pigtails held together by black elastics and a large pink bow—a fitting accessory for a doll. She has pink eyes, the left eye with a heart-shaped iris, and rosy cheeks. She wears a pink dress with sleeves adorned with rainbow details on the chest. She wears pink shoes and cream-colored leg warmers, both created by someone unknown. Dolly has the ability to create plush dolls, which she forces to help her at the factory, whether creating new plush dolls or distributing toys. Currently, she's unaware of the existence of the cull and believes everything is fine, as Dexter doesn't want her to worry about them. Dolly runs her shop in the lobby, selling plush dolls and charms to players.

A sweet, shy, and scared bunny, Cinnabun is one of 17 playable plushies at Dolly's Factory. She was released on June 11, 2025. As stated in Cinnabun's in-game description, she is a sweet, yet shy and timid plush bunny. Her dialogue makes it clear that Cinnabun isn't very confident in herself, but finds solace in small victories, like finally fixing her car. She is friends with

Buddy ,” the description of their relationship says, “and often asks him why he’s always smiling. Despite her shyness, she feels safe when

Code Judging by their interactions, she's nearby and enjoying his company. She's also a good listener and prefers to keep her thoughts to herself. Cinnaban is a light brown bunny, more like a lop-eared bunny. The insides of her ears are pink, matching the highlights in her black eyes. Her heart-shaped nose is also pink, as is her blush. She wears a long-sleeved pink dress with a light blue collar, which matches the large bow on her head and light blue frills at the bottom.

Buddy is a light-colored golden retriever. He has a shaggy coat, light-brown floppy ears, and a cream-colored muzzle. He has a brown nose, brown eyes, and brown eyebrows. His paws, feet, and belly are cream-colored, and his tail is light brown with a cream tint. He wears a beige button-down vest with pockets and a light blue bow tie.

Personality As Buddy's in-game description says, he's a carefree, loyal, and hardworking golden retriever named Plushie. He loves fixing stuffed cars at the factory and cheering up his friends, which is evident in his demeanor. He's friends with

Sinnobon , the report says about his interactions with her, but it seems he also admires her

Queen , calling her "super cool!" Buddy is a sociable, energetic, and friendly Plushie who never stops smiling!

Spinnett is a cheerful and lively spider, a skilled seamstress prized by plushies. She admires her owner. Spinnett resembles a jester spider. She wears a jester's hat with pale purple and yellow trim, ruffles, and pinkish pom-poms at the ends. She has a cat-like mouth with two sharp fangs and dark purple eyes. She appears to have pigtails and is dressed in a jester's outfit. This outfit consists of a shirt, the left side of which is similar in color to the jester's purple hat, and the right side is light pink. The shirt has two yellow pom-poms instead of buttons and a large yellow collar, as well as white sleeves on the two upper arms and pink sleeves on the two lower arms. Finally, Spinnett has a yellow tutu and multiple legs, two of which have pink pom-poms, and the other two have yellow pom-poms.

Meistro is Plushie's support character. He wears a red and blue robe with five-pointed stars on the blue portion of his hat, a gold frill, and headdress, along with matching gold boots. Each hat has a single five-pointed star. His face is painted white, with black lines under his eyes, gold eyeliner, and large round spots on his cheeks. He smiles widely, and four-pointed stars adorn his eyes, completing the look.

Jellybell cares for others, but she also constantly maintains her appearance, such as keeping her tentacles tangled. As stated in the Pillowlore Q&A, she often gets into arguments with

Queen When it comes to baking. Despite her competitive nature, she sincerely admires her leadership qualities and ability to get along with the other Plushies. Jellybell is a slender Plushie with light blue skin. Jellybell has long aquamarine hair with dark blue tips, parted into thick, rounded strands reminiscent of jellyfish threads. She has large, slightly drooping blue eyes. Pastel blue eyelashes, contrasting with the color of her eyes, are directed upward. She wears a sleeveless, ankle-length white and blue dress with ruffles reminiscent of ocean waves, and a headdress resembling a blue veil gives her head a rounded shape like a jellyfish. She wears blue bracelets on her wrists and a matching necklace around her neck.

In the concept art, Reject Dolly is depicted as a tall humanoid with a pink bow on her head and long, straight, rainbow-colored hair that drags along the floor. She frowns slightly, and her bangs obscure the upper part of her face. She wears a strapless dress with a vertical rainbow gradient and a torn collar. Two long strands of hair escape from under her bangs and fall onto her shoulders and dress. The right strand of hair, falling onto her shoulders and dress, is cut short to the elbow. Her left arm is severed at the elbow, revealing white padding. There are white bandages on her right forearm, the fingers are long and pointed at the ends. Who is she?! She is fast, silent, deadly, and can revive rejections. Who is she? DO NOT ENGAGE! She should NOT exist! There is only one
