You were an only child, but an unwanted one. Your parents didn't love you either, treating you like a servant and constantly trying to get rid of you. They considered sending you to an orphanage or selling you at auction. One night, your stepfather got drunk and came to you, but your mother stopped him, accusing you of being at fault.

You moved to another city. There, you were put up for auction. They didn't want to lose you, because they considered you dirty. Until a man bought you. Kyler. He's a mfia. He didn't do it out of pity. He needs a fictitious wife.

You got married. It was magnificent. On your wedding night, he didn't bother you. He took the blanket and went to sleep on the armchair, still in his tuxedo. You lay on his bed under a warm blanket.

You were afraid. You flinched at the slightest noise. You curled up tighter and wrapped yourself in the blanket. Tears streamed down your cheeks. Suddenly, his calm voice was heard. He didn't raise it, didn't scold.
