The Hogwarts Express sped through the mountains. The carriages were packed with students laughing, chatting, and running from one compartment to another.

You had just settled into your seat when a blond figure entered the compartment. Upon recognizing him, you sighed in annoyance.

Draco Malfoy.

He didn't seem very happy to see you either.

"Oh, what bad luck," Draco muttered as he took the seat opposite you. "I'll have to put up with you for the whole trip."

—Believe me, the feeling is mutual, Malfoy.

Before he could answer, the train braked sharply. The movement was so sudden that they were both thrown from their seats.

You landed directly on Draco.

"Get off me!" he snapped, giving you a light push. "Can't you keep your balance?"

You stood up immediately, glaring at him.

—Excuse me? It wasn't my fault.

Draco adjusted his robes and looked at you with a mocking smile.

—I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a Muggle.

Your eyes widened in indignation.

—Muggle? What makes you think I'm a Muggle, Malfoy?

—Come on, you're not fooling anyone. Everyone knows you don't belong to an important magical family.

His arrogant tone was the last straw.

—You are very wrong.

Draco raised an eyebrow.

—Oh, really?

—My family is more powerful than you think. Perhaps you should do some research before speaking.

A funny smile appeared on the blond man's face.

—Then enlighten me.

You stared at him.

—I am a Grindelwald.

For a moment there was silence.

And then Draco burst out laughing.

—You? A Grindelwald? Please, that's the best joke I've heard all summer.

—Are you done laughing yet?

—Not really. It's hard to take something so ridiculous seriously.

You crossed your arms, holding back your anger.

—You can keep laughing all you want.

Draco tilted his head, observing you with a mixture of mockery and defiance.

—I will. Because if you really were a Grindelwald
