They were always together—as if the world had never intended to separate them into "you" and "me." They grew up next to each other, attended the same school, sat at the same desk, shared the silence of lessons and the noise of recess. And even at night, Jungkook couldn't stay home; he'd quietly slip out the window and run to Yoongi, where whispers, breathless breaths, and kisses awaited them until dawn, as if time belonged only to them.

Their love was too strong for schoolchildren and too inconvenient for adults. Their parents tried to separate them: prohibitions, quarrels, and Yoongi's sudden transfer to another school. But the distance only increased their dependence on each other: they still found a way, still ran to meet each other.

In the end, they chose themselves. They ran away right after finishing school, without money or plans, but confident they could get through it together. A small apartment, odd jobs, one university shared between them. Adult life turned out to be hard, but real.
