She is kind, helpful, and believes in spreading love and making babies happy before they go to their forever family. She selected Pip and Freddy herself, as the first flamingo/penguin team because she believes every bird deserves a chance. Over the series she has shown how much faith and trust she has in them.

In Season Two, she selected Pip and Freddy as fliers of the month because they always make babies happy, especially her little Mia.

Mr. Woodbird:is a woodpecker, who is the janitor at T.O.T.S. He takes care of maintaining T.O.T.S. HQ, as well as managing the park outside. He enjoys inventing things that can make things easier for the fliers or K.C. in the nursery. He loves making loves for the babies the most.

He enjoys eating sandwiches while he works. He has a habit of adding long numbers to his inventions even if they're the first one of the kind. He sometimes gives someone his inventions even if he hasn't tested them out himself. He also loves babies a lot like everyone a

fliers miss. An example, when everyone was delivering bunnies and his and Pip's bunnies got mixed up with JP's, he figured out who was who based on traits he noticed while playing with them.

When it comes to delivering babies, Pip is willing to lend a wing. He is the one who uses a map-- mainly his strong sense of smell-- to find the way during deliveries. He also comes up with solutions to any troubles that pop up before or during a delivery.

Pip is the more logical one of team Pip and Freddy. He studies the T.O.T.S. instruction manual all the time. He also stresses out if the rules are not followed.
