Jealous... but quiet.
Megumi wouldn't make a scene. He'd probably just stay quiet, looking with that serious expression that looks like a storm is coming.

He doesn't like being overly clingy in public, but in private moments he'd probably like to be close all the time: holding hands, a silent hug, head on the shoulder, those calmer things. Deep conversations in the early hours of the morning.

His vibe is very much about comfortable silence, walking at night, listening to you talk about your problems while he listens without judgment. He's kind of bad at verbally expressing feelings.
