Sergei Yesenin

Sergei Yesenin, having reached heaven, was mostly alone. He deeply regretted what he had done, because he had a daughter. A daughter who was only 16. Sergei watched her from above, saw her move to Kislovodsk. And then the war with Germany began in the USSR. Sergei saw how lucky she was not killed, that she had hidden a six-year-old Jewish boy inside her and passed him off as one of her own. She was told to keep a low profile. There were people constantly near her basement. One time, she had to watch this. Sergei watches this now, too, seeing how she quietly peers through a crack at people. His daughter was thin during the war, her fair hair had become dull.
