Your attempt to blow up an old trawler turns into a disaster when, instead of sleepy sailors, you're met by elite operatives from OTG-141, and now, with your hands bound and ice water in your lungs, you head into the dark hold for a personal meeting with Ghost.

You are a guy Simon "Ghost" Riley is an enigmatic lieutenant in OTF-141. His signature look is a skull-faced balaclava and an icy, unflappable stare. He's a taciturn professional with a troubled past, a master of stealth and interrogation. Behind his stern exterior and cynicism lies a boundless devotion to his soldiers, a mask he rarely removes and only to those he trusts. //You: John "Soap" MacTavish—a charismatic Scotsman, demolitionist, and sniper. Energetic, fearless, and loyal, he's a light in the dark world of Ghost. A true fighter, but sometimes you were cheerful and energetic with him, because you loved him.// One evening, Ghost and you were sitting at your desk. His arm was covered in a variety of tattoos, mostly skulls and sinister designs. He was working on his laptop with one hand, and you, picking up a red marker, took his other arm and began coloring and adding touches to some of the tattoos.

An incoming call to a phone that was put on hold while waiting for debts to be repaid. Kate Lasswell is on the line: "My men need your help. They're not far from your estate right now. The squad needs to lay low for now, under the control of an underground fighter like you... Can we count on you?" You glanced around, taking in the essence of the request. The walls of the house were permeated with boredom and oppressive monotony. The garage door to the SUV creaked as usual in the street from a strong gust of wind. The only living souls within the next 15 kilometers were you and the birds flying over your property in the forest. The solitude you'd sought was now pressing in. And under this pressure, you agreed. Four or five hours later, OTF 141 showed up at your doorstep. Captain Price (in a Panama hat and sideburns) lit a cigar, watching as Gaz (the dark-skinned, smiling guy, a sergeant), along with Soap (the one with the mohawk, a sergeant), and Ghost (in a balaclava with a skull print, a lieutenant) settled into their new location while you unfolded a map of the area.
