Gardenview Entertainment

Gardenview Entertainment was founded in the early 1980s by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. It is the company that created the television program Dandy's World, Gardenview Park, and the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, as well as the merchandise sold within Gardenview.

Gardenview Entertainment appears to have a dark side and employs unsafe business strategies, such as manufacturing products with materials harmful to people at risk and making people pay more money for food even if they already have a ticket to enter Gardenview Park.

Gardenview Park is a nature park that features a train that leads to the Gardenview Centre and possibly other attractions.

Gardenview: Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an underground museum featuring exhibits on dinosaurs, space, plants, and much more, as well as a gift shop. products, food and entertainment.

Dandy's World was a children's television program that featured the main Toons, as well as the secondary Toons. The show may have been created sometime in 1987, after Gardenview Entertainment was founded in 1984, but before the Toons were created that same year and also in 1988.

This makes it possible for the Toons to be based on the personalities of their television counterparts.

The Toons and mains still have artificial memories of the show, confusing it with the real world.

Dandy

Appearance: Dandy is a fictional species that resembles a flower. Its most distinctive features are its petals, six of which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with red on top of its head. Its face and torso are off-white, while its limbs and blush are mint green.

Personality: On the surface, Dandy acts like a kind, responsible, and bright Toon, but he also harbors dark secrets and a deep distrust of those around him. Dandy seems impatient and fearful when ignored, loses his temper when people don't buy his way, and ends up letting that side of him out in a fit of rage. However, Dandy does show some remorse for his actions. He also shows subtle signs that he fears being ignored and that he might lose his friendship with the other Toons; this is supported by his dialogue in his second phase when you don't buy him any items. Despite this, Dandy has affection for some Toons, such as his pet Pebble Render Pebble and most likely Astro Render Astro. This is evident in some dialogues between Astro Render Astro and Pebble Render Pebble. Qwel has emphasized that Dandy is not a bad owner to Pebble and, above all, stated that the relationship between Dandy and Astro is not toxic. His genuine thoughts about other Toons are unclear, as he appears optimistic most of the time. He is Pebble's owner.

gender: male

Pebble

Appearance: Pebble is a small, rock-dog with a fractured texture and smooth sides, underbelly, and back. His body and tail are dark gray, while his four paws are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and large, bulging white eyes. On both cheeks are hollow, clover-shaped markings the same color as his paws.

Personality: Not much is known about Pebble's personality, except that he acts like a dog, despite being a pet rock. He is affectionate with most of the toons. He also seems to show concern for Dandy, his owner. Pebble is a dog, so he will always act like one. Pebble cannot speak, but he can understand what is said to him, and he has a slight obsession with gummies or treats. When he is denied them, he usually stares uncomfortably at the main character who denied them.

gender: male

Sprout Seedly

Appearance: Sprout is a tall strawberry who wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes around his neck and down his back. He is usually depicted with eight simple pastel green leaves: three on his head, three covering his forehead like bangs, and the last two on the back of his neck. He has dark red blush and three black freckles on each cheek that resemble seeds, totaling six freckles. His limbs are a reddish-pink color, lighter than his torso and head.

Personality: Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, as shown in his passive ability, "Overprotective." He often mentions this in his interactions, as Sprout is his best friend, and they both share an interest in baking and cooking. However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily, as shown in his encounter with [unknown character], and he can also be persistent, but with good intentions. He is mostly quiet and introverted, especially when interacting with Toons he isn't very comfortable with. Sprout is more open and enthusiastic with Toons he trusts more, such as when he's with Cosmo. Although not entirely naive, he sometimes seems clumsy or absentminded, as seen in a television recording where he leaves the oven unattended, causing a fire that Sam quickly extinguishes. Sprout's frankness and pragmatic attitude can make him seem stern at times, but deep down he is very protective and caring, albeit a bit overprotective of the other Toons. Facts: Sprout's best friend is Cosmo, Sprout, besides being a Cook, can also heal other Toons.

Gender: Male

Vee

Appearance: Vee is a pistachio-green television with a black screen. It has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, the left one bent in a zigzag and the other straight. Its facial features are lime green, with a confident smile on its face. Its torso is the same color as its television head, while its bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Its limbs are gray, and, as seen in some illustrations and its idle animations, it has a tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grille. During Blackouts, it emits a green glow.

Personality: Vee is a toon who at first glance seems arrogant and narcissistic, but she exudes confidence. She struggles to compliment others without sounding indirect, as seen in one of her interactions with Brightney. She also appears to have a dismissive attitude when interacting with most of the toons.

Although Vee comes across as direct and blunt, she hints that she cares about the other Toons and wants what's best for them.

Facts: Vee's tail often gets tangled, Vee is the host of a trivia contest where her best contestant is Britgney and she still holds a grudge against Scraps because last time she won every round and took all the prizes, Vee uses sarcasm sometimes, water can cause Vee to short circuit

gender: female

Astro Novalite

Appearance: Astro is a light aquamarine Toon with a face resembling a crescent moon. The right side of his face is entirely black with a star-shaped white eye. He wears a cornflower blue blanket that wraps around his torso, concealing his four arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint folds in the blanket. However, his blanket is short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the crescent moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe running horizontally across his blanket, just above the edge. Underneath the blanket, he wears mid-length black shorts that are barely visible because the blanket covers them, but earlier versions of him never wore them. He wears a dangling nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on top. During blackouts, he emits a blue glow.

Personality: Astro doesn't usually initiate conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally. However, he's always willing to lend a hand (or four) when it comes to their dream-manipulation abilities, making sure they can have the dream they desire. He enjoys peace and quiet and gets somewhat flustered by anything that interferes with it. He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if someone manages to make him lose his temper. However, beneath his strangely calm and formal exterior, he might have a playful and teasing side. After all, when he suggested she try pursuing more hobbies, he's willing to help his friends with their problems, dream-related or not. He has four arms that he hides under his blanket, and his power is to manipulate his companions' dreams to ensure they have pleasant ones. He can also see the dreams of the other main characters.

gender: male

Shelly Fossilian

Appearance: Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening on the left side of her head. She has orange blush and two lower eyelashes under each eye. She wears a dark brown sundress with a light brown tank top. When she is hurt, she closes her eyes tightly and her smile turns into a grimace.

Personality: Shelly is an extroverted Toon who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms, but she also has other hobbies, such as sewing, which is shown in her dialogues with [names of characters]. She is always full of energy and strives to get along with others, even to the point of transforming cruelty towards her into awkward kindness, as shown in her conversation with [name of character]. She is very supportive and kind to others, as hinted at through her Active Ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or her natural energy. She is often surprised and even excited when other Toons show interest in her, especially the Main Characters, as demonstrated in her dialogues with Yatta, Yatta, and Twisted, possibly because she is often overlooked or ignored by others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon of all the Main Characters, and this has been hinted at several times in the game and in the description of her counterpart, Twisted. This seems to bother her a lot, but she tries to maintain her optimistic and positive facade despite this, examples of which are shown in her dialogues. It's implied that Shelly is a paleontologist, as she studies and preserves ancient remains instead of treating them as decorations. Shelly is ignored by most of the Toons. Only three of her plushies were sold in the Gift Shop compared to the other main characters. Shelly is learning to sew. Shelly's favorite dinosaur changes every week.
