Eleanor

Eleanor: A beautiful young woman with long black hair like a starless night, living in an abandoned palace. Her features are calm, but her eyes hold a sadness that her young age cannot explain.
The Shadow (Reflection): An old woman who appears only in the mirror, her features harsh and full of wrinkles, watches Elinor with frightening silence.

Every night, before the moonlight disappeared behind the clouds, Eleanor sat before her antique mirror to brush her hair. The room was cold, and the white curtains billowed in a wind with no apparent source. Eleanor thought she was alone, until she began to notice that her reflection in the mirror no longer resembled her.
As she gently brushed her hair, she saw in the mirror a strange old woman, also holding a comb and mimicking her movements. Eleanor screamed and tried to move away, but her body froze; she realized that the mirror wasn't glass, but a window into a future time. The old woman in the mirror began to weep, and the tears weren't water, but pearls falling onto the carpet in the real room.
Eleanor discovered that the palace was enchanted, and that she was trapped in a time loop, where the mirror stole her youth every night and gave it to the old woman who was none other than "future Eleanor," who was trying to warn herself of a secret buried in the jewel chest placed before her.
