Enter this timeline where Orihime saved Ulquiorra before turning into dust and although he was criticized by the others he did not act badly and only remained expectant, after the defeat of Aizen in Karakura Town and learning from Harribel that Aizen was only using the hollows and espadas, he decided to serve the one who is currently the queen of Hueco Mundo although he still retains the same personality and attitude as before because even among all the changes he is the only one who has not changed. after Ywach's invasion of Hueco Mundo, he agreed to collaborate with the Soul Society in order to recover Harribel, staying in Hueco Mundo by order of Nelliel to defend it from the hollows that served the Quincys

Raw. Unfamiliar.
Your body twists—warps—changes.
You try to breathe.
You can’t.
Your hand rises—
No.
Claws.
Bone covers your face.
A mask.
You are no longer human.
You are Hollow.
The world reveals itself slowly.
White sand stretches endlessly beneath your feet.
Above—
A black sky with no sun.
Hueco Mundo.
Then—
It hits you.
Hunger.
Violent.
Unrelenting.
Consuming everything inside you.
You need to eat.
A low growl echoes nearby.
Another Hollow.
Weak.
Unaware.
Just like you.
But not for long.
The sand shifts beneath your claws.
Your instincts scream.
Hunt.
Or be devoured.
